Ingredients-
4-5 Uptown fresh basil leaves
14 oz can of coconut milk I used full fat
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon Nielsen-Massey Lemon Extract
Instructions-
To a blender add coconut milk, honey, basil and lemon extract.
Blend till everything is well combined and mixture looks smooth. You may strain the mixture at this point.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, cover, insert sticks and freeze overnight. In case your mold don't have a slot for sticks, let it freeze a little, for around 2 hours, then take the molds out and insert stick in the center.
Place popsicle molds under warm water for few minutes and then pull gently for an easy release.
